BSA is a partner driven team that has achieved success in many industries including energy, transportation, metals, chemicals, industrial process and telecommunications.  The partners are directly involved in every assignment BSA undertakes.

Paul Jancek is former President and CEO for the U.S. operations of two European corporations.  He has successfully strengthened companies through organic growth, strategic acquisitions or divestitures and customer service.  Mr. Jancek's career reflects a rare combination of strategic vision, astute management skills, financial acumen and technical proficiency.

Robert Brown has served several corporations (domestic and international) as Vice President of Marketing.  He is an expert in many aspects of the power generation industry, and has marketing and sales experience in both private and public sectors.  He has helped many businesses improve sales results, increase market share and strengthen their branding and image.   Mr. Brown is very active in the area of renewable energy/disruptive technologies, with experience in fuel cells, wind and microturbines, and served on the Executive Committee of the U.S. Fuel Cell Association.  Mr. Brown was the lead in the formation of the New Jersey Fuel Cell Association.

George Arfield is an expert in global relationship building and corporate, marketing and financial communications.  Fluent in six languages and having command of business and social protocols of numerous countries, Mr. Arfield has helped many companies expand globally and use communications to turn inherent strengths into productive marketing tools.

Bruce Meredith has over twelve years experience as a government relations professional and lobbyist, following a twenty five year career as a staff member of the U.S. House Appropriations and Budget Committees.   He received recognition from both Presidents Nixon and Carter for work on legislation reforming the Congressional budget process.  As Managing Partner of the Van Fleet-Meredith Group, Mr. Meredith has successfully assisted clients in developing and executing strategies that resulted in securing the desired funding or programs from the Federal Government.
